Junior campers are put together as a group and sit near the front of the bus close to adult counselors or depending in the week, they may ride on a separate junior van.
Their schedule MAY be changed slightly, but while they will experience everything as a regular camper, they have more supervision at times when older campers have “free time,” such as during lunch. Juniors are never without a counselor or CIT (Counselor in Training). They may be left to eat with a large group though to avoid embarrassment. They are still watched.
We prefer campers in this group are ages 9-11. Next year, we will have available week specializing in Junior activities.
