General Waiver / Behavior Forms/Consent Letters 2024

You need to sign the Waiver and Release Form for ANY week. Behavior  and Parental Consent Forms are only for Week 1's  Spain Trip and Week 4's Baltimore Trip. All campers attending an OVERNIGHT Trip must have all three forms in before entering the bus.
